Returns

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Size Exchange

• We offer one free size exchange within 7 days, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Washed or worn products
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Products damaged after delivery
• Gift cards and Final Sale items (if applicable)
